Recruitment for the Project of School Visits

Let's go to schools escorted by alumni!
    A project of school visits co-organized by Tokyo Gakugei University, TGU, and TGU Alumni Association, HEKIYOUKAI, fortunately marks our 7th anniversary FY 2026. Thanks to the schools to visit, it will be a happy opportunity for participants to discover what wonderful teacher is and to find how deep the specialty is. In this autumn, we have set 9 courses for domestics and oversea.

Private Schools in Tokyo Metropolitan Courses:
(1) Seiryo Junior and Senior High School

Public School in Saitama Prefecture Course:
(7) Tsurusedai Elementary School run by Fujimi City
   Thursday, 1st October, 09:45 - 15:15, 2026
Private School in Kanagawa Prefecture Course:
(8) Fujino Waldorf School, High School
   Friday, 2nd October, tentative 9:30 - 13:30, 2026 (in the process of arranging a time. Lower and middle schools are also considering date)
Public School in Francistown, Botswana Course:
(9) Montsamaisa Community Junior Secondary School (CJSS), on-line visit,
accompanied by TGU International Secondary School (TGUISS)
   Wednesday, 17 February 2027, 15:45-16:50; JST (8:45-9:50; CAT), for 65 minutes
 
Pre-orientation:
We will hold a pre-orientation for applicants, Tuesday, 21st, July, 12:10 - 12:40 at S106 room, Lecture Building.
Students who are not present to the pre-orientation can also submit to the visits. 
Participation: Free
Participation is Free! Because HEKIYOUKAI supports you, travel costs from TGU to each school will be covered after visits, and school lunch fee will not be charged for the three schools marked * on the above table, but for other schools you will bring your own lunch box.

Notice of Decision:

Carrier Support Division will send you a Pass/Fail letter with Gakugei Portal by Monday, 31st August 2026.
* If you cannot receive the letter by Monday, 31st September, call the Carrier Support Division [Tel. 042-329-7184, 2F, BLDG. C2] Tuesday, 1st September. 

Remarks:

* No cancellation.

* Wearing formal suits, please.

* Students who are not present at the pre-orientation can also submit to the visits.

* This project satisfies a condition to certify units "Educational Experience Activities for Self-Creation A, B, and C" in TGU.
